What can I expect?
You should start seeing benefits within the first few sessions. You and I together will determine to best course of treatment for your needs. Therapy may be long-term or you may simply need brief therapy where in just a few sessions you are making big strides.
I recommend people come to therapy once a week or twice a month initially. Typical visits are 60 minutes in length. I also do longer or shorter sessions and phone appointments, after the initial visit. I have several slots available for a reduced fee to ensure that counseling is affordable to all.
